Serialization framework
Tango has routines for very low-level serialization, but it could really use a package that does a nice job on objects too. With D's compile-time introspection and metaprogramming capabilities there is much you can do. There are a couple of free serializers out there, but they are incomplete. For Hackontest the goal could be to take one of those and clean it up and finish it off, and make it part of Tango.
